Section 3 · Layered Stack & System Boundaries
Six-Layer Architecture & Integration Contracts
3.1 Experience & Authoring Layer
Dynamic 360 Designer (Windows Desktop Client)
- •3D/4D garment, handbag, footwear & packaging authoring UI
- •Material library + fabric physics drape/walk-cycle presets
- •Avatar sizing + EU/US grading rule configuration
- •Scene builder (runway, atelier studio, pop-up set) & export controls
Handoff Contract
Submits signed JSON brief + 3D scene seed to Base Forty Four VM REST API (/api/v1/jobs)
3.2 Generation & Automation Layer
Base Forty Four (Cloud Windows VM)
- •GPU job orchestration queue (prioritization, exponential retries, state tracking)
- •AI.Motion video pipeline (6–15s ad clips, 30s commercials in 1:1, 9:16, 16:9)
- •Autonomous agents (brief-to-variants, brief-to-tech-pack PDF, brief-to-BOM)
- •Pushes signed status webhooks + S3/private storage artifact URIs to Base44 App
Handoff Contract
Webhook callback POST to Design A Cart Base44 App with HMAC-SHA256 signature
3.3 Product Data & Governance Layer (System of Record)
Dynamic Designer 36Five (Base44 App Core)
- •Canonical SKU/variant master, BOM, materials, and graded measurements
- •GTIN-14 / UPC-A registry, GS1-128 barcode & cartonization rules
- •Human-in-the-Loop 3-Gate Approval workflow (Brand, Product Data, Retail Readiness)
- •Immutable versioning (v1.0 → v1.x) and AuditLog compliance trail
Handoff Contract
Unlocks Design A Cart storefront publishing (Gate 1+2) & Orderful EDI export (Gate 1+2+3)
3.4 Commerce Layer
Design A Cart Storefront
- •Couture catalog presentation, multi-currency pricing, and 3D Virtual Mirror links
- •Customer delivery promise by territory/zone (Same-Day White-Glove vs. Standard)
- •Pulls approved canonical item truth directly from Product Data Layer
Handoff Contract
Creates Order & DeliveryParcel records routed to ACT 5PL hubs or dropship suppliers
3.5 Retail Integration Layer
Orderful (Cloud EDI Connectivity Layer)
- •Ingests retailer-ready JSON item packets & translates to X12 EDI 832 Catalog
- •Manages trading partner ISA/GS envelopes & retail compliance validation rules
- •Executes bidirectional EDI 850 (PO), 855 (PO Ack), 856 (ASN), 810 (Invoice), 846 (Inventory)
Handoff Contract
Inbound/outbound webhook events reconciled into Base44 SyncLog, Order & DeliveryParcel
3.6 Execution Layer
ACT 5PL + Worker Hubs + Optional 3PL
- •Node/hub registry, warehouse capacity, and territory coverage zones
- •Courier dispatch events, Fashion Fetcher / Beauty Bagger task routing
- •Electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD) & shipment events that drive EDI 856 ASN & 810 Invoice
Handoff Contract
Updates DeliveryParcel, StaffTask, and triggers Orderful ASN/Invoice transmission
Section 4.1 · Identity & Access Control
Role Ownership Across Systems
Manage VM API keys, Orderful ISA/GS credentials, role assignments, and emergency gate overrides.
Author 3D/4D scenes, submit autonomous generation briefs, upload CAD/DST files, revise drafts.
Verify brand compliance & canonical SKU/GTIN/BOM accuracy; publish approved items to Design A Cart.
Approve GS1 cartonization/labels, configure trading partners, export EDI 832 packets, reconcile 850/856/810.
Manage hub capacity, scan GS1-128 parcels, capture ePOD signatures, report carrier exceptions.
Implementation Sequence
Phased Connection Rollout
- Provision Windows Server GPU VM with REST job queue (/api/v1/jobs) and HMAC webhook signer
- Persist canonical SKU, BOM, grading, and artifact URIs into ConnectionBlueprintJob & Product entities
- Enforce idempotent status callbacks (queued → running → blocked_for_approval → completed)
- Enforce Gate 1 (Brand/Copy), Gate 2 (SKU/GTIN/BOM), and Gate 3 (Retail GS1 Cartonization) sign-offs
- Auto-publish Gate 1+2 approved items into Design A Cart Product catalog with version & AuditLog tracking
- Map zone eligibility (Same-Day White-Glove vs. Standard) to Territory & Warehouse capacity
- Configure Orderful API key, Trading Partner ISA/GS IDs, and X12 832/850/856/810 guidelines
- Export Gate 3-approved item packets to Orderful and ingest inbound 850 Purchase Orders
- Bind ACT 5PL Worker-Hub scan & ePOD events to automatically release EDI 856 ASN and 810 Invoice
External Prerequisites & Open Provisioning Gates
Requires dedicated Windows Server VM with NVIDIA GPU, static ingress URL, and shared B44_VM_WEBHOOK_SECRET.
Requires active Orderful account, company GS1 Company Prefix (for GTIN-14 / SSCC-18), and trading partner test lane.
Confirm ZPL thermal label dimensions (4x6 in GS1-128) for Fashion Fetcher / warehouse pack stations.
Zero-Duplication Architecture
Existing Base44 Entities & Backend Functions Reused
Product & StoreStock
Receives approved canonical SKU, pricing, dims/weight, GTIN/QR code, and zone eligibility for storefront.
FabricShowcaseDocket
Stores AI video URLs, textile GSM, stitch density (SPC), and bespoke garment measurements.
IpCouncilSubmission
Links CAD/DST files, provenance verification, and cryptographic Company Seal before commercial release.
IntegrationConfig & SyncLog
Stores Orderful & retail partner endpoints, sync frequencies, and immutable transaction logs.
DeliveryParcel & FivePLDashboard
Executes ACT 5PL hub dispatch, barcode check-in, and ePOD events that trigger EDI 856 ASN.
createDesignRender & parcelDispatch
Reused for design render persistence, HR notifications, and courier route dispatch.
